Chad Hoekstra,
Partner
Chad Hoekstra is a Partner and Co-Founder of Infinity Advisory Services. He has spent three decades on business valuation, litigation support, and transaction advisory work — engagements that have to hold up under IRS examination, in court, and across diligence rooms.
Chad prepares valuations for federal gift and estate tax planning, family limited partnerships, ESOPs, and mergers and acquisitions. He provides expert witness testimony in eminent domain proceedings, shareholder disputes, dissolution of marriage matters, and intellectual property damages. Before co-founding Infinity, he co-founded HDH Advisors and held senior roles at Applied Economics, Bennett Thrasher, RSM McGladrey, and Bank One. He has valued businesses across manufacturing, technology, commercial real estate, construction, agriculture, lodging, telecommunications, and most industries in between.
He holds the CPA/ABV, ASA, and CFF credentials, and is a graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa. He started his valuation career in Iowa and Ohio and has called Atlanta home for more than two decades.

How we work
What it looks like to work with us.
what we believe
The work we say yes to.
Excellence isn't a posture.
We don't take engagements we can't deliver at the level they require. The work either meets the standard or we don't take it on. That's harder to maintain than it sounds, and it's the reason partners keep sending the difficult matters our way.
Honesty before optimism.
We'll tell you what we see — including when the answer isn't what the client hoped for, or when we're not the right firm for the work. The relationship is worth more than the engagement. The reputation is worth more than the relationship.
Relationships, not transactions.
The best work we've done has come from partnerships measured in decades, not deals. We invest in the people we work with — clients, opposing counsel, judges, fellow practitioners — because the work is better when the people around it are.
Generosity in how we show up.
We assume good faith. We share what we know. We do the small things that aren't required — the early heads-up, the call returned on a Sunday.
